I had a blast using this silly instrument. I learned to play a couple of songs on it and dress it up with goofy hats.

My 14-year-old son got the small version of the otamatone on a class trip and loved it. He played it often and so did his brother and friends. We saw the larger version and decided to get it. It was a huge hit. The larger size allows more space for your fingers and you can play more notes...

There are two versions of this. One for 19 and this one. Get the deluxe. Worth every penny. If you have experience with a flute or sax, you will probably be able to pick it up and start playing. It's a lot of fun. You just slide your fingers along it and it makes ridiculous noises. I was looking for a Christmas present for a music lover. This was the highlight of the holiday. She really enjoys it.

Got this for my son for Christmas. He likes weird musical instruments. This thing emits the most awful/annoying sounds, but he loves it, so five stars. I just hope he gets bored of it and moves on to something more acoustically pleasing.

An incredible instrument, brandished by some of the musical masters of the world.Whip it out at karaoke, gala events, church fete's… Provide unprovoked backing music to a strangers life stories as they chat loudly on the bus.The only bummer is that the Line Out does not seem to work and the Intonation changes when the octaves are switched.If these things are fixed, I would love to take this on stage and pretend to be serious.

This is fun, easy to use and has a full musical scale. My son loves this thing.
